Conference event: Rally to Protect Our Bill of Rights with
Jim Hightower & San Francisco Mime Troop @ Federal Building,
7th & Pearl
Rally
with Jim Hightower, San Francisco Mime Troop (performing
an excerpt from their evening shows), and Hope Marston of
the Bill of Rights Defense Committee in support of Civil
Liberties. A delegation will go to Senator Gordon Smith's
office to present him with a letter signed by local organizations
and asking him to join with Senator Wyden to support changing
the USA Patriot Act.
